Alarm is going off. When I open it and look at the 6 hard drives inside the top one doesn't have a green light on, instead it is flashing orange and green. How do I fix this?

When it flashes Green and Amber you don't need to do anything - this is rebuilding the data on that disk from the RAID array. Your server should continue to work normally.

If it stops flashing green and goes only amber then this would indicate the drive has failed and will need to replacing. Unplug the bad one and pop in a new one, and let the RAID array populate the disk - should handle this itself.

Remove the drive and clone it to a new one or use the raid software to rebuild to a new one.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

All alarms go off; 1 of 6 alarms has a flashing green light

Your alarms are interconnected, meaning when one alarm goes off, they all go off. The alarm with the flashing green light is the one that triggered the alarm. If it only went off once, it was probably just fluke thing, and you can reset the alarm memory (flashing green light) by pressing the test button. If it happened more than once, you should try cleaning the alarm. Do this by removing the alarm, and blowing compressed air into the sensor opening (located around the back side perimeter of the alarm). If this fails, replace it.
