Sony Blu Ray S350 plays well but have intermittent loss of video signal. Screen shows coloured background (yellow or white), audio continues to play then screen goes black then picture returns; this cycle often repeats but at other times there is no problem and disc plays perfectly. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to inform you that the Blu-ray player does not have the feature to stream videos from Netflix. The network connection on the player is used for watching BD Live content from the playing disc and network update.

I'm having the same problem. My BDP-S350 Blu-Ray Player used to play blu-ray DVD's but suddenly is unable to. Regular DVD's I can play. Please help!

What video cables are you using?

It sounds like you have you component video cables hooked up improperly. If you are using the Blue Green Red connectors for video make sure they match those on the TV. If you have the Yellow plugged into the green or vice versa you will get a black and white picture.

The software updates for your Sony BDP-S350 can be found at their website here. You will need to download the file, burn it to a disc and then load the disc into your player to upgrade its software to play your new blu-ray movie.

I just had a chat session with Sony and the BDP-350 Blu Ray can not stream video from Netflix or Amazon.

try a new HDMI cable.

lols check ur wires bro. the basic yellow, white and red wires. make sure the yellow i belive is connect properly. if that doesnt work then go to system settings and check for a solution there
