The wise man will choose windows password reset tool to reset windows password

For free tool, try the Ophcrack, but it would require some computer skills.
While for some affordable tool, Windows Password Reset would be the most suitable tool for you, it is even simple to use for the new beginners.

Here are the simple guide:
Step 1: Download Windows Password Reset Deluxe from http://www.windowspasswordreset.net and install it in any available computer
Step 2: Burn a bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive
Step 3: BIOS settings of your locked computer to make it boot from CD/DVD or USB flash drive
Step 4: Reset Windows password successfully

Choose the most suitable tool for yourself. Good Luck.

When you are booting up your computer, you need to press F8 in order to get into the per-windows start-up.

Once you are in this stage, you will need to boot your computer into safe mode. This will give you access to the basic programs of Windows XP.

Once you have booted into safe mode. You will have to access the administrator account and create a new account or you can reset your admins password from this location.

How do I reset administartor passwod on a Dell - supertech_11.jpg
If you are referring to a system password, and not the windows password (IE - power on password) it is reset by the password jumper (25) near the power connector.

Dell Optiplex GX280 restarts suddenly? all files closed and . the restart could be after 2,3 minutes of power on. I don't know why its behaving like this?

Hi, sounds like a crash, do you get any report messages after reboot? Try starting in safe mode; press Del button during initial bootup, once in safe mode you can reset to a time before the problem started. Hope this helps, if not come back to me?
