Touchscreen display elo flickering

Turn down the brightness on the monitor, if it works it will be a short term fix, the problem is in the inverter transformer or capacitors in the power supply board.

Does not work on the edges, can not access start by touching. when the screen is touched the arrow appears about half an inch away

Sounds like the calibration for the touchscreen needs to be reset. If you check in the control panel, there should be a ELO shortcut that allows you to calibrate/test the touchscreen. Try running through the calibration and see if the touchscreen behavior improves. If the calibration doesn't fix it, then you may have an issue with the touchscreen itself.

My elo toch screen does not work right. When i touch it it is on the correct side from left to right but it is opposite on the up and down. When i touch the top right side it shows in the bottom right side

check all the cable connectors, reinstall the driver, if all else fails, the touchscreen glass / controller need replacement

you probably have a capacitive screen, it only responds to finger press. You need a resistive screen to be able to respond to finger, nail, or pen press.
