Mitsubishi WT-46805 46 in. Rear Projection Television- No Picture

I'm getting audio but no video-- Previously whenever text came onto the screen my lines were off-- Now I can't get any video but audio is ok

Mitsubishi WT-36809 turns on for 2 seconds and then turns off. The error code is 22. Any ideas?

Verify the model number. Some of these Mits. family have bad picture tubes, and oil spills out onto the signal board. Look inside front panel, RHS tube, look below it onto signal board. If you see an oil puddle, then tv is toast!

kindly check ur video cable if ur r useing audio/video cables for you tv
if not u need to check for ur tv tube

Mitsubishi problem

This is a very common failure on Projection sets. Its called a convergence problem.

You may have one or more of the following symptoms.

Screen looks 3D
Colors don't line up
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed or warped.
No Audio / No Video

WT 46809 Big Screen

Good Day y'all;
When the is picture being intermittent and bowing then the most common problem is that the convergence circuit has failed or is failing. If you don't get fixed, the will go DOA soon.

Good Day, Corri;

It sounds like the TV has a Circuit problem in the convergence circuit. If it comes and goes then the concern can be corrected by re-soldering the 'conv' output IC"s. A semi-minor repair and cost.
