When i start my washing machine buzzer automatically start
You need to tell me what brand it is.
But I have had a similar problem with a Samsung washing machine and it was a blockage in the bilge pump.
Check the back of the washing machine right down the bottom (right side of this picture) and you should see the black round part that screws out. 
Unscrew this and make sure there is no blockage there.
Sounds like the water level pressure sensor is not working. The code (E9) means the switch is open.
You'll need to replace the pressure switch. Check the manual for the repair procedures.
