SOURCE: Washer leaking
There are several things that will leak under a GE washer. The the usual suspects are drain hose connections, or hoses that have cracks or holes. I would inspect the hoses first as this would be the easiest fix. The other thing that can causes problems is the wash tub seal on the bottom of the tub. If the spanner nut (under the agitator) comes loose, the seal will unseat and the tub will begin to drip (I've had this one happen to me). Another cause can be the wash tub itself (I've also experienced this one). Inspect the wash tub for cracks. The tub can develop stress cracks and begin to leak. Especially if this is a washer that was involved in a move. To access the inside of the machine, the front should come off by pushing under the front lip of the machine with a putty knife. There are metal clips that hold the front to the top. Look in the crack with a flashlight to locate them. Push in with a putty knife to release and the front should just come off. I hope this helps you.

I have the same problem. Just took mine apart here is where you can see how to get the front panel off. If I figure out the problem I'll post an update.

SOURCE: water leaking from underneath after washer drains
I have the same washer and there is a white plastic piece underneath the washer where two hoses go into. It contains the impeller that pumps the water out. Anyway, on my machine this piece was incorrectly injection molded at the factory. The glue bubbled out causing an air bubble -- once the air bubble in the glue can stand the pressure and pops, the leak occurs!!!!! If you are a handyperson, take this piece out and use exopy to fix.

It sounds like you have a leaking pump. The pump is easy to replace:
#1 Use a shop vac and pull all the water out of the drain line. This will keep you from having to clean up about 1 gallon of water off of the floor.
#2 Lift the front of the machine enough for you to get under and see.the pump just inside the front of the washer.
#3 Lift the 2 retaining clips off of the pump. This will allow you to pull the pump off of the motor.
#4 Remove the 2 clamps off of the hoses.
#5 Install the new pump into the hoses, and reinstall the clamps.
#6 With the retaining clips installed into the motor housing, install the pump.
#7 Attach the retaining clips, and set the washer back on the ground.
You have now replaced the washer pump.

Had the same problem and did 2 things to fix. Remove the bottom panel on the washer(3 screws on bottom front). Just to the right of the center is a white plug that you can unscrew. Before you unscrew, get an 8x8 cake pan underneath to catch the water that comes out(bigger if there is water stuck in your washer). Unscrew cap and take out filter. My filter had pocket change, bandaids, tape, hairpins etc in it(kids do their own laundry and aren't vigilant about checking pockets). Screw filter back in and put panel back on.
Also, lint was drying on washer tub viewing glass where gasket hit it. Gasket wasn't making a good seal there and thats where water leaked out. Clean the dried lint off. No more leaking for me.
