Green light goes on but nintendo ds lite does not boot.

Hi, when you switch the DS lite on the green light goes on but nothing happens. I have replaced the top screen as it was flickering but this did not solve the problem.

Ds light green, dim green, amber then off when power is turned on

Sounds like you need to send it in for repair. I had sent my console to VideoGame911.com and they repaired mine at a great cost and got it back at the end of the week. Give them a try, they are cheaper than a manufacturer. Good luck!

My ds lite just switched off and it was charged

Hi, so if you try switching on the ds lite, nothing at all happens ??
Does the green light flash even if it is for like a split second. If it does then it is more likely top be a blown fuse. If 1 of your screens flicker also, this could be your problem as the ds will not start up with a broken screen. Please advise

Ds lite battery wont charge i have charged it overnight but nothing the green light goes on but that is it

Hi,

If the green light is turning on and the screens are staying blank it is a problem with he L2 fuse on the motherboard (located just below the power button).

This can be replaced if you are handy with a soldering iron. If not drop it to a local repair shop it can be fixed for about €20.

DS lite green light comes on, top screen flash, then switches off

Check L2 near the power switch on your DS mobo. That part usually get loosen or taken out when you drop your DS. And usually you can recover it when dismantling your DS.

Nintendo DS will not turn on and stay on

Sorry, but this could get complicated. Somehow the cable inside the DS that links the LCD screen with the motherboard has been disconnected.  This happened with me.  You could buy a new LCD      screen, (because there is a possibility that yours is cracked), but after you do this, you have to take the DS apart and install it.  If I were you, I would buy a whole new DS (this is what I did). Sorry!
Hope this helps!

DS lite, power is on but nothing happens

Ditto... except my daughter is 10. Both screens remain black, are fully charged and green light stays on for more than 4 minutes.
