2005 BA mk11 shockwave blue is peeling off on drivers rear door,there seems to be no undercoat ,and lots of big chips also fault with the front passengers door rubber near windscreen keeps puckering where door hinge is ,, was replaced when i bought it but has done the same thing again

It is not a fault. The rear doors are not meant to open when you use the key and only the driver's door should open.
Once inside the car you can open the rear doors manually so I don't see that you have an issue.

It says the tachometer wire is Yellow/Green, you do not have that listed. You will find it in the list below, it is highlighted..

first remove handle inner rear side by pulling to rear ,
second remove the front side of the handle .
remove two big bolts of door handle .
remove the inner opener cover (one bolt under remove )
remove bolts a round
remove clips

no big deal just clean the area real good if it is bothering you and go to pep boys and get a can of spray under coat for about 5 bucks good luck

dont know, but im having the same problem. my pass. side front wont work, and the driver rear wont work. its a 2005 ion 2 i suspect its the motors in both of them. i will let you know in a day or two, as soon as i check the parts yard to get a couple.
