How do I disengage motor on a 2003 Jazzy 1113 Mobility chair

The manual freewheel levers on the 1113 are at the front of the chair, on either side of the foot plate. When they are in "Drive" mode, they are in the down position, parallel with the ground. In this position you can't push the chair. To get to "Freewheel" mode, move them to the up position, about 45 degrees from the ground. In freewheel you can push the chair, but not drive it with the motors.

Sometimes it helps to rock the chair back and forth while you move the levers.

Here's the manual:

Pride jazzy 1113, controller light scroll back and forth, wont move, i bought one new battery, it has full charge other battery is a little over 10 volts. is there way to test charger with volt meter?

The voltmeter should read 29 volts when on. You should never replace one battery and leave an old battery in the chair. Replace them both at the same time.

Jazzy 1113 power chair shows charged but control light is blicking. Chair will not move.

It appears that the controls are in Lock Mode. Unlocking Instructions depend on your type of controller. Go to PrideMobility.com to download the proper manuals for chair and controller.

Blinking yellow wrench light on pride jazzy 614 HD

Your version has a Dynamic Controls model controller and joystick.
Unplug the charger and engage the motor/brake lever so the chair is no longer in free-wheel mode (con't push by hand)
Turn the chair off, wait 5 seconds, turn the chair back.
If chair still does not run and your wrench is flashing you have a problem. Count the wrench flashes - the flash count indicates the error detected. 3, 4, 5, and 6 flashes indicate and error with the motors.
3=Left motor fault
4=Right motor fault
5=Left brake fault (may not be engaged)
6=Right brake fault (may not be engaged)
Any other fault code usually means the electronics or wiring is bad and not worth fixing.

The chair is locked. I had this happen a long time ago and I needed to move the joy stick diferent directions to get it unlocked but I do not remember how. It is a Jazzy 1113.

If it is the older VSI controller, turn on chair. as the battery lights scroll, hold the joystick in the (UP) position until you hear a beep. Then immediately place the joystick in the (down) position until you hear a beep. then place the joystick in center position, once you hear the beep for the final time, it should be unlocked.

If you have a Dynamic controller, turn on chair then press the horn button to unlock.

My Jazzy won't move.

If your batteries are truly charge they should read around 24.5 VDC. And if the freewheel lever is engaged and you still have no movement your probably need to get into a service tech. Also check the circuit breaker on the chair.
