Upon pressing the AUTO PRINT the EKG tracing only gets I II III, AVR, AVL AVF and then stopped printing. I was not able to obtain the tracings from the chest leads (V1 to V6) . Please send me advise or intstruction on what to do to acquire the full 12-lead EKG tracing.

I think so. However, please give me the detailed step by step instruction from turning the machine "ON" switch until I am ready for the "AUTO PRINT" button. Thank you!!!!!!!!.

If I am not following the proper operating instruction for the EKG machine please send me a clear detailed step by step procedure from turning the POWER SWITCH "ON" till I am ready to press the "AUTO PRINT" Button to acquire the proper EKG tracings.

I need step by step guidance for the proper set -up of the EKG machine. Instructions in the manual are so vague to set-up the machine.

Have you contacted Schiller America for support? I contacted them for an operators manual but then saw that you state the manual is too vague. I would suspect that they will be able to pin point the problem and if you mention that the manual is unclear in this area they may update the manual.

Here is the link to their website schiller-america

Good luck, Jim

Is there a "retrieve button"? Usually tracings are downloaded to disc after each EKG.

Our brand new Contec ECG 1200 is tracing way to lightly. Can barely read. The unit is registering full charge. Also is not printing patient data. Help!

I copied this from an old question similar to yours:
Ekg machines print on thermal paper, This means that the impression is made by the print head heating the paper. If the print head is not making contact with the paper, you will get a faint tracing or no tracing at all. This needs to be adjust by a technician. Contec is located in China and we are a dealer. If you need their info or want us to look at it for you (for free) simply give us a call

ECG MAC 1200 does not print leads III, aVF, V3 and V6, although they are shown on screen

I would reset the machine to factory defaults. Leads to be printed can be manipulated but the factory setting is to print a full 12 lead.

settings-> system setup-> restore defaults-> yes -> hit start until you are back at the main screen and hit print again ( to get a print out)

If it still wont print all 12 leads call us: Discount Cardiology 800-507-8244

Schiller AT-Plus, I cannot get all leads to print in sequence I avr v1 v4 II avl v2 v5 III avf v3 v6 not sure what a student did to change the...

The unit is apparently printing out in Cabarra sequence. To restore the correct lead sequence, do the following: Hit the ALT key followed by 7 then 1, hen the stop key. This will restore standard lead sequencing.
That is the start of the battle. If you desire a 3+1ryth format with a lead 2 at the bottom, which is our standard format, then you have more to do. For this format hit the ALT key followed by 1 then 0 followed by the stop key.to set the ryth lead to lead II at the bottom of the page, hit ALT followed by 3 then 8 then 2 followed by the stop key. If your filters are not enabled hit Alt 5 6 stop, alt 5 8 stop, Alt 8 3 stop, ALT 8 1 stop.Do a test print after all of this and be certain the unit is configured to your taste prior to a live patient.

Lower half or EKG would not print properly

You should purchase a printer kit. This is a common problem I have encoutntered on this machine and this machine is identical to the Seca CT6I. I have ordered the printer kit from Seca in the UK, the part number is 9740490024 at a cost of £70. It is a straightforward repair.

Schiller AT-2 EKG

Hello Genesis3kr, You changed the mode by selecting automatic for the 12 lead function rather that the manual. I suggest an operational inservice from your local Biomed Technican or education dept. If nether is available than contact 'http://www.schilleramerica.com' select 'Contact" and request a local company rep for one and bill your education or Biomed dept. (been there do that). Good luck. Please inform me of the out come.
