Question about Packard Bell (160248-01) Computer Speakers
SOURCE: speakers
This cable is likely to be the 12v power input. Packard Bell used to supply side speakers with 3 cables, two for audio signals and the 3rd on (light grey in colour) pluged into a 12v jack on the back of the rather unusal ATX powers supply.

Packard Bell (160248-01) Computer Speakers with a 12
volt power source worked OK,
Tried a 9 volt and it also worked.
This pair of speakers is grey with a
barrel design. The mounting surface placed flat is approximately 10.25
inches by 3.75 inches. Each end has a rainbow design with a depth of 2.75
inches. By placing with the mounting surface flat on your desk gives you an out
of the floor design. The front edge from the desk to the bottom edge is 1.5
from the surface to the top edge with a 3.75 inch. Suggesting you may mount
them under your desk, on the side by your legs or stand them on each side of
your screen.
I am told they come in white and black also I found them rather large for what I need but your decision is you should be happy before buying a pair.
