Hi, first the water tank must be full. Turn on the power button, wait for it to heat up-approx 2-3 minutes. You must purge the air out of the system by pushing the button for making coffee ,and at the same time you must turn counter-clockwise the steam knob(frother). Until you see a steady stream of water then only your system will be purged of air. Make sure to never run out of water, or you will have to repeat this process over again. You will also have to fill the dispenser with espesso beans. Good luck with purging the air, it`s a little tricky but really worth it when you indulge with a nice shot of Espresso...

Saeco royal type sup 016 e water leaks when i make coffee incoffee grounds cotainer

Hello, First thing is what is the usualy grind level that you grind your grind on? sometimes when the grind is to fine it clogs the nozzle head and causes the unit not to be able to dispense the coffee through the nozzle. Try using a pin or needle to clean the nozzle head it may take a couple times of cleaning it this way in order to alleviate the blockage if you still require the manual message me back I await your reply Thank you

Saeco Roayal Sup 016

Hi
I am assuming your machine grinds, then clicks twice, then the brew drive starts but you never hear the pump.
If this is so? The there is a lever at the top center of the door on the right. Pull the lever back 1 click, and try again.

Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine Saeco Coffee Machine Type SUP 021YDR Display shows Ventilate when I follow instructions and turn the Hot Water and the water knob the water is not coming through....

Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact Saeco USA Inc. to locate a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : [email protected]
