The MP3 players have a reset switch somewhere on the chassis, it is a tiny hole that a safety pin can slip into, once found press and hold for 60 seconds to clear the microprocessor ic and release, if this fails you may need a new player

My TRIO T3000 screen is frozen in camera mode. The TRIO T3000 will not turn off. Where is the reset button? or how do I reset the unit?

Take the back cover off and take the battery out and leave it out for about 30 seconds and then put it back in and power it up that should reset the unit.

I hope my advice helps you out and if so please do not forget to rate/vote my place a testimonial for my advice.

I have a trio t3000. can i down load utube videos on it?

Yes. You'll need a video downloader program (ex. DownloadHelper) to download the .FLV youtube video file itself. The T3000 can play older version .FLV files... most newer youtube videos will probably not work because they are the newer version. If you go to machspeed.com (trio's website) you can get a video to .AVI converter for one of their other players (nothing online for the T3000) if you convert the .FLV video to .AVI using one of MachSpeed's AVI converters (for a similar product) should allow the converted videos to play fine. I have the same model, T3000... Hope this helps - good luck!
