The dehumidifier goes on but beeps like it's full. I have the hose hooked to it, draining in a downward fashion into my sump well. I have cleaned the filter, cleaned it out with compressed air, the best I could without opening the unit.

Hi, Yes... set the dehumidifiers up on blacks so that the hose drains downward and your problem will be solved... make sure the hose is supported so that it steadyly slopes downward and does not trap...
The outlet is very crappy and the hose does not seal well ...also make sure the hose end has a washer in it...
Any garden hose will fit the drain connection on your dehumidifier. However, the hose can not be longer than 5 feet. As the drainage relies entirely on gravity to drain. Connecting it directly to a sump pump is not a good solution. Allowing the hose to drain into the sump pump's water collection tank is your only option.
The hose attachment is used in place of the water collection bucket, to drain the water directly into a floor drain or a sump pump holding tank. A garden hose is connected to the "hose attachment" and run to the floor drain or sump pump holding tank. However, it will not drain UP, only DOWN.
Check the hose for clog up as well as your sump pump. Have your hose unclogged and let it run. Check the sump pump if this is running. And if it is, and still no water goes out. Open the sump, and check the impeller for defect. Impeller is the one that turns around to push the water out. If it is defective, you must replace it to make it run. Once you are done, power it up and start it.
WHEN I BROUGHT MINE I HAVE A HOSE RUNNING TO A FLOOR DRAIN BUT REMOVE THE HOSE SEE IF THERE IS A PLASTIC COVER INSIDE WHERE THE HOSE HOOKS ON FROM THE FACTORY THE CONDENSATE PAN IS MENT TO HOLD WATER AND THIS PLASTIC PIECE HAS TO BE REMOVED FOR HOSE USE
blow some air thru the discharge line,, thats all it is the line is clogged, if the pan is filling with water, it is working but they do get clogged with dust and lint in the air,,
