Question about Blaupunkt Bahamas MP46 CD Player

1 Answer

Thanks for the response, but this didnt work. Any other suggestions?? I need to adjust the volume control to a lower setting. The way it is now is too loud on setting 1 to hold a conversation in the car. I dont know if this matters but the speakers are Bose in an 84 Corvette. From what I understand these speakers have their own dedicated amps.

Bose systems were not created with aftermarket head units in mind. Normally people perform a Bose-ectomy on those systems, removing ALL Bose components meaning Speakers too. Personally I prefer Pioneer, JBL, or Alpine speakers.

SOURCE: The volume is too loud......#1 is too loud to hold

Hi there,

Typically the left or right knob should adjust the volume by turning it counter-clockwise. However, some companies need to make this a bit more advanced or difficult. If this is the case, you can try pressing the audio button on the device. If it provides you with any options on the screen, search for anything which indicates changing the volume control. (It may also be under Menu)
Once you do that you should be able to turn the sound down with either the knob on the left or the arrows on the right.

My sound is muted on my monitor

you should have a button on the monitor to pop up a menu which will let u adjust the volume, also in the lower right hand corner of your computer screen look for an icon that looks like a speaker, right click this and you can adjust volume here or unmute, it maybe hidden and you may need to click the little arrow to reveal the speaker icon. Failing this go to Start Menu, Control Panel, Audio/Sound and find it here.

My laptop has a sound problem, its scratching when i play music, it started when i formated it, kindly assist on wat to do

The only thing I can suggest is right click on the speaker icon lower right in task bar, check setting in volume control, "may need to adjust" next right click on adjust audio properties, there is flexibility in audio quality, keep notes to keep track.

How to install klipsch sub woofer to yamaha reciever rx-v559. everything working properly but sub wont be adjusted with volume. i got my stuff moved out here but had a mate help me set up. didnt pull it...

Does the sub work at all? How is it hooked up? The sub needs to be fed by an RCA cable from the Subwoofer Output jack for the receiver to control its output.

Adjusting the subwoofer volume seperately from speaker volume

You can't exactly set volume but definitely turn down the bass which lowers the sub's output. Thats all we can do i think.

Mic Volume Auto Sets Too Low

Delete the registry files for the devices and then uninstall the driver from device manager and then uninstall the software.

That worked for me.

Wave on master volume keeps decreasing on its own

I have nver come accross a setting that will lock the volume to a set level before, but here are a couple of possibilities that you may want to investigate for the cause.

  1. Not all programs use the master volume control, so do, but most adjust the sound by the wav output. Put the mixer onto the desktop, open things like winamp, media player etc and adjust the volume controls on those to see what is doing what.
  2. If you have a multimedia keyboard with a volume control on it, make sure when your typing it's not adjusting the volume at the same time. Again, put the mixer on the desktop out of the way and type as you would normally. It could even be just the vibrations from typing setting it off.
See how you go and post back your results
