My just purchased yesterday will not turn on this morning. should I return it , I have tired the power button x 10 sec. and doing the finger at the lower right screen still nothing .

1. If you are using you finger print then make sure your finger is not wet
2. if not try holding your power button down and both volume buttons for around 10 secs this will ask you if you want to restart your phone click yes.

You can try one of these;

1. Hold down "Energy Saving" and "Lighting" buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds (or top left & right buttons). Display panel returns immediately

2. press the Freezer and Ref buttons at the same time for 8 secs and Bam!!!! Bac 2 normal!

3. pressed the power freeze and vacation buttons for about 3 secs and it worked

4. I held the top left and top right soft touch buttons on the screen itself (which I think is the power save and the lighting buttons) and held for about 8 - 10 secs and it reset

Hope it helps. Its in the combination of two buttons pressed simultaneously. Try your luck.

Check to see if your hdd failed, by replacement?

hold power button down for 2 sec while the power button then press the menu button down for 10 sec at the same time then releese the power but keep your finger on the menu for 8 sec it will restore to when you got it

HOw about the light on the tower? if its stedy green then the tower is ok then run a self test on monitor if it passes the monitor is also ok then unplug the power cable from the monitor and data cable also and press and hold the power button for 10 sec and then connect the monitor to the system

My guess is that the Essenza is in 'Descaling' state. See section 7 of the essenza manual. To get out of it, hold both the buttons down for 3 secs. The lights will then blink at normal rate for a bit and then turn solid.

We found out all we had to do was reset the dish network receiver. Had to hold the power button for about 10 secs.

After waiting 4 hours for the promised return phone call from HP support I called HP tech support back and this time I connected with someone who was familiar with the problem. This is what he had me do: 1) disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer, 2) push the On/Off button 10 times, 3) wait 30 seconds, and 4) reconnect the power cable. It worked great and the paper started feeding with no problem! He said that static can build inside. I am going to try this with my HP PSC 1510 All-In-One which requires me to hand-feed the paper. My fingers are crossed.

turn hard switch off in the back of the unit. Then put your finger on the soft switch on the front of the unit. While keeping your finger on the soft button in front, switch the hard button in the back to the on position and keep finger on the soft button for 10 secs, this will reset your vid settings.

inside the pc there should be a green light. called flea light. if its not on.. then id say motherboard or power supply are bad.
take power cord off. and hold power button down for 10 ecs. then reconnect and retry. i think its abad psu.
