check that the tv /receiver is not in favourites mode, there may be an option to sort channels in the channel list...try there.
If you cannot fine the corrective try resetting to default and retuning from scratch.
There may be an option fo isolate the control functionality so that others cannot mess about with the settings, it may need a passcode to be set, try that after correcting the issue
RESET DATA
Use this function when you want to clear channel data and reset the password to default ("0000").
This function is to be used under any one of the following circumstances:
1. When the "Region Selection" menu does not appear on step 6 of page 20;
2. When moving to another city.
On the "INSTALLATION" page, highlight
"RESET DATA" and press the "ENTER"
button.
Select "YES" to restore to default data.

Power OFF the receiver
Disconnect the Aerial cable
Power On the receiver
Press MENU
Select Installation
Enter your password (default = 0000)
Select Default Setting
Select YES
Enter your password (Default = 0000)
When the receiver restarts, power off
Connect the Aerial Cable
Power ON - the receiver will then search for the channels.
by default an HP printer does not have an administrator password installed. if the printer asks for a password, this means that someone has installed it and only that person knows the password.
