Hi Guys had a parrot with LCD display for a few years now when I start the engine it does not boot up, normally if you have the phone with you it will prompt you to connect if you dont have the phone with you it will say phone not connected but now it just says parrot

Probably because both phones are on the same bluetooth channel.

voltage variations thats a problem with carchargers and phones,even wall chargers affect phones if they dnt match phone voltage requiements,so i suggest u get a new charger and or get your car alternator regulator voltge checked

It will require a power cycle, you will need to unplug the Parrot kit and wait a few minutes, then try again. If you have a remote for your kit then you must have a MKi kit which can be updated via the USB port, details are all on the Parrot support web site. You can also view a list of accredited Parrot engineers on their web site if you would prefer someone to look at it.

You will need to unplug the blue box for a few minutes to reset it, if this does not work you may need a Parrot engineer to put new software in the box.

This kit has frozen and will need to be reset by unplugging the main blue box for a few minutes, this should rectify the fault. If this does not work you will have to upgrade the software on the Parrot.

Depends which Nokia phone but normally you would select, CONTACTS / MARK ALL / SEND VIA BLUETOOTH / SELECT PARROT.

yes, and if this is not corrected it will eventually damage the parrot.

Hi, no you cant receive and manage text from this handsfree, the signal strengh is displayed if the phone allows it, some phones will display battery and signal, some only battery etc.
