I've searched high and low and the best looking solution I can find for you is a program/drivers called VueScan.
http://www.hamrick.com/
It's release notes say it works with your scanner without the need for any benQ or Acer software.
Worth a try!!

I have Acer S2W 3300U Flatbed scanner that I want to use with Windows Vista Ultimate. The problem is that the drivers are for win xp/98/95 not for vista. Kindly get me out of this problem

I have the Acer S2W 3300u scanner and although I installed the drivers for Windows XP, it shows the error message "EXE application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the...

I have the same scanner and the drivers that came with the scanner don't work. Windows XP uses a generic twain driver that works, also most pictures viewer like XnView or Picasa uses the same. I'm using one called Wia-flatScanner_21 1.0(32-32).
