yes its certified WiFi, check in system hardware manager to see if the WiFi is installed correctly, if so see the manufacturers manual available online.
The Acer Aspire 4738z uses an 'Intel Graphics Media Accelerator' on-board graphics chip, which means the graphics chip is soldered onto the motherboard. Unfortunately, these cannot be upgraded.
1. Right click my pc go to properties
2. On the left side go to my devices
3. Go to whatever device you want
4. Click network adapter click advanced make sure it's turned on
Wash rinse repeat
