How to clean rootfs in nokia n900 ?

use purge for installed apps. And dpkg -l ' grep ^rc (this command will show you a list of apps configuration files still left in the system from uninstalled app)
dpkg --purge <appname> (This will remove it)

I have Nokia N72, when I trying to install applications or even PC suite, it is showing an error "Installation security error unable to install"

The phone needs to be formatted .... take backup and then press *#7370# ...default code 12345
...the phone will restart ...after which try again

2.)or if not
Go to application manager.
Open settings.
Make sure : software installation is set to "ALL".
And online certification check is set to "OFF".

you need to reprogram you phone install a new software to upgrade your phone, you cant open your messages in inbox because you reach the phone memory already, the memory was corrupted

You can try to delete unnecessary files directly in your phone manually to clear some space. Just delete images or videos on your phone memory that is not important anymore for you..

clear your browser cache as well

set your messages in messaging - options- settings - other to 999 and e memory.

restore factory settings *#7780# default code is 12345 that might just might help you a bit and turn off and on your phone when you do all these things see if it helps any.

“Memory Full…Close some applications and try again” is a normal
message that usually comes on Nokia N70. It showed the memory used in the phone doesn’t have space anymore. But if the message still appears although the user already closed some applications it can be theproblem.
Someone who experience in this memory full problem said, an error message of memory full like above is appears each time he’s opened the
Camera. It also happens for a few times when he’s trying to open
messages, Gallery, or other applications. And then it will force to restart the phone.
Seems like it’s a RAM problem and might there are some applications unable to close completely. If your Nokia N70 phone has gone a start
menu button you can try to hold it down. This way will show you
everything that you have open and they can be closed easily so that
you can continue to take your photos.
So if it can resolve the problem you can reset/format by pressing *#7370#

sir your phone memory is full.empty your inbox and outbox and format your handset by using the following code *#7370# it will require your phone lock code which is 12345 in default.

Unable to Uninstall Font downloaded from internet to phone memory

install font remover
use that apps
1.first install font remover.
2.click on font remover icon and delete the font.
3.restart your mobile.
Font will remove.

Follow the steps :
Press the Menu button (oval-shaped icon) on your keypad, and then select "Tools."
Select "Manager" from the Tools menu. Scroll down and find the program you want to remove.
Press "Options" and choose "Remove." At the prompt, select "Yes" to confirm. This will uninstall the program from your Nokia N72.
