When you want to find drivers or upgrade drivers the best way to do this is to insert the original driver disc and reinstall the software again. Go to devices and right click and delete the existing Web Cam driver restart the computer it should find the driver file online make sure that you are connected to the Internet and select allow always to connect and find drivers on the Internet. Since the operating system is not posted with your question I can only assume here. If you do not have a disk and need a driver for this you can go to their home site and download the drivers from there. Click Here
Unplug the Web Cam as well turn off the computer unplug from the wall outlet push in the power button this will discharge and set everything back to default. Then after 2-3 seconds restart the computer do not plug in the web cam yet. Once the computer settles down and Windows is open and everything is up and running normally plug in the Web Cam and follow directions, install the cam software again. If you are online go to Windows Updates and choose "Optional Updates" see if the cam has an update as well. If so update that software. I hope this assisted you. Thanks for using FixYa! John
