Resetting the clock

Hello,

You can set the timer on a single oven slow cooker to automatically switch to a warming setting when you estimate foods will finish cooking. The programmable features allow you to leave food stewing at home while you are out of the house, freeing up your day. Set the timer on a Corningware slow cooker to let the kitchen appliance do all the work, and come home to a fully cooked meal.

INSTRUCTION BELOW.

  • Fill the insert of the single oven slow cooker with food and cover it with the lid. At least a quarter of the insert should be filled with liquid to keep the environment moist during long cooking times.
  • 2 Press the "On/Off" button on the left side of the electronic control panel in the front of the appliance. This will turn on the slow cooker to the low heat "Warm" setting.
  • 3 Press the "Cook Time" button on the right side of the electronic control panel to add hours to the timer which will show a total time in hours with a red digital display. Continue to press the button until the display indicates the desired cook time in one-hour increments up to 10 hours. The cooker will automatically adjust the temperature setting based on the amount of time you programmed on the timer. Cooking times of six hours or less automatically start on "High" heat and times of seven hours or more will start on "Low" heat. A small indicator light will come on below the word to tell you the cooking temperature.

I have a neff u1722 but I think the settings are pretty much the same. To set a coming on time first press the button with side by side triangles on it until the symbol l->l flashes then rotate the plain button next to it to the length of time you want the food to cook for. After about 4 secs the normal time will come back on. Then press the side by side triangle button again until the symbol ->l flashes then with the plain button rotate again to set the time you want the food to be cooked for. Hope this works

    Diplomat Oven ADP3650 Instructions

User manuals are hard to find.
The problem I had was setting the clock on a single Diplomat oven, with no clock button. Here's my solution :

    DIPLOMAT OVEN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Diplomat single oven is controlled by two knobs and a set of buttons along the middle of the control panel.
The left knob sets the temperature of the oven, while the right knob selects the function to be performed, e.g. fan oven, grill, etc.
The buttons along the middle set the cooker clock, the start and end times of cooking, and the “+” and “-“ buttons will increase or decrease the time shown on the cooker’s clock.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OVEN WILL NOT OPERATE UNTIL THE CLOCK IS SET.
If there is any interruption to the power supply (including manually switching off at the main switch) the oven will not operate until the clock is reset.
Here’s how to set the clock:
First press simultaneously the first two buttons to the left of the control panel. They are marked as a Bell symbol (Alarm) , and a steaming Cooking Pot (Start of Cooking Time). Then immediately press the plus “+” or minus “-“ buttons to increase or decrease the time displayed. When the desired time has been reached, leave it for a few seconds, and it will remain set at this time. Any further changes to the displayed time will require this procedure to be repeated.
    Hope this helps!
