Hi Hamdaoui33,

The admin password should be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
but I'd also try 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Unless someone has changed it from factory setting

Regards

Hi! I just bought a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 that prints very slowly. It takes 30-40minutes to print a pdf document of 2.12MB (20pages). I have already checked the pdf/printer options and it seems ok....

the Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 is by nature a slow printing machine the standard memory that the machine comes with is only 256mb and it can only be upgraded to 512mb . but there are some things you can do to help speed it up a little.
touch the utility/counter button
touch admin setting on the touchscreen
enter the admin password
touch system setting
touch output setting
touch print/fax output settings
touch print
select between page print and batch print=select page print
exit all the way out of admin mode then reboot the copier
tests have shown that this changed a print job from taking a little over 2 minutes to taking about 9 seconds to start printing keep in mind this is definately not the fastest printing machine on the market hope this helps thanks for using fixya
