I have installed my WebEasy 8 professional via your disk for my home laptop. Can I go to work and access online to change or work on this program or do I have to intall on my work computer also?

I am assuming that since you already registerred they have it on file. I would uninstall the program and reinstall. With the registration on file you can reinsall on the same computer with no problems.
You can order a Restore disk by using a computer that has Internet access. You may need to install a LAN card driver on your Toshiba to get Internet access via your Internet Service provider. You can download the drivers from a computer with Internet access.

Why don't you just remove this software from your computer? Open up Control Panel, then in Programs, "Uninstalla program". Once you are in the program listing, search for the program you want to remove (webeasy?)then doubleclick on it to remove it. Then it is just a matter of time before it will be completely removed.

If you can manage to download the software from the vendor's website, install it and supply the serial number you have. It might work. Must be the exact same version than the one you lost.
