On the Internet search "Cobra 19 mic wiring" and you'll get lots of hits with wiring instructions for various mics used on that radio. You will need some soldering skill to put it back together. Also use shrink tubing to seal it up afterwords so no unshielded wires appear outside the wire clamp. There are lots of compatible 4-pin Cobra mics at CB shops and truck stop shops.

I have a uniden grant xl the older one. i have spent 36 hours looking for a wiring for a m75 cobra power mic and have tryed lots and none work. i cant even get wiring for a stock[ cobra mic red white

it doesn't make a difference what color wire it is as long as the wire is connected to the function it is going to control If your mic has a red , blue , black , and shield wires but your radio isn't set that way you have to set it to the way your radio is . you have to find out where ground is then audio in and audio out then the last is the shield.

  5. Shield.
  6. Lite Yellow. (This yellow wire runs off to the side of the mike to the electrical components inside the mic)

I have a general lee cb with a 4-pin standard mic. the wires in my mic cord broke at the plug. does wnyone know how to wire this type of mic back and what color wires go to the correct pin?there are 6...

Here are the Pin outs for different mics that will work with your radio. If a wire is not listed then you cut it off. It's best to keep the wires as short as possible no longer than a half inch is suggested. Normally the Cobra pin out is standard for most radios.

Stock - 1- Shield (Ground) 2- Yellow (Audio) 3- Red (Transmit) 4- White (Receive)

Astatic - (4 wire) 1- Shield 2- White 3- Red 4- Black

Astatic - (6 wire) 1- Shield & Blue 2- White 3- Red 4- Black Yellow NC

Daiwa EM-500, Cobra, CA Series - 1- Shield & Black 2- Red 3- White 4- Blue

Galaxy DC-521S - (4 wire) 1- Shield 2- Yellow 3- Red 4- Black

Galaxy CB-660EI - 1- Shield & Black 2- White 3- Red 4- Blue

Sadelta - 1- Shield 2- White 3- Brown 4- Green

Turner - 1- Shield & Red 2- White 3- Blue 4- Black Yellow NC

I need the wiring for the mic

Hello,
Here is the wire diagram for several common mics in relation to a 4 pin CB. Most recent 4 pin CB's such as Midland, Cobra, Connex, Uniden, etc can use 4 pin mics. The wiring is actually depending on the mic rather than the CB so long as the CB's are 4 pin as well. Once you go back to late 80's the 4 pin design was a little different. Anything new it is simpler.
Stock Mic 1- Shield (Ground) 2- Yellow (Audio) 3- Red (Transmit) 4- White (Receive)
Astatic - 4 wire 1- Shield 2- White 3- Red 4- Black
static - 6 wire 1- Shield & Blue 2- White 3- Red 4- Black Yellow NC

Daiwa EM-500 Cobra CA Series 1- Shield & Black 2- Red 3- White 4- Blue
Galaxy DC-521S - 4 wire 1- Shield 2- Yellow 3- Red 4- Black
Galaxy CB-660EI 1- Shield & Black 2- White 3- Red 4- Blue
Sadelta 1- Shield 2- White 3- Brown 4- Green
Turner RK56 Road King 1- Shield & Red 2- White 3- Blue 4- Black Yellow NC
