No suction from my morphy Richards 731006-C vacuum. I've cleaned filters and checked there are no blockages

I am most suspicious that you might be in the UK, as I fix vacuums, and had not heard of yours.
However, here in the US people throw away vacuums at the rate of about 10,000 a day.
In must cases, these vacuums have plugged up, and the people:
1) do not know how to unclog them, and
2) have no tools or knowledge of their use, even if they wanted to fix them.
You machine is most likely plugged up inside where you cannot see the blockage, and the machine must be takes all apart to fix it.
You may also need to fashion some tools to clean it, such a wire-coat-hanger.
Another super-helpful tool is a large air compressor and an air nozzle.
After you have done this, you will be a qualified free-lane vacuum mechanic.
God bless your efforts.

Why is my eureka super broom not turning on?

When machine does not work, first check wall outlet ( plug in an hair dryer or table lamp to check wall outlet. ) and it that is OK than check your power cord for break ( if wire's are broken inside outer coating the cord will be very weak at that point )

My dyson hose has lost suction

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

If the dust cup is too full, there is no space for the dirt to go when you are vacuuming. To fix this, remove the dust cup and empty the it. If your vacuum is still not picking up dirt after emptying the dust cup, there may be something blocking the airway. There are two places where you can check for a blockage: the dust cup air duct and the intake opening behind the brush roll. To check for a blockage in the dust cup air duct stand the vacuum upright and remove the dust cup. Now you can disconnect the super stretch hose and check for clogs in the air duct behind the dust cup. If that is not the case, to check for a clog near the roller brush lay the vacuum down. Next check the opening behind the brush roll for clogs. If there is debris, clean the opening with scissors, carefully cutting away any debris.

Uncleaned filters may also the reason why your vacuum has lost suction. To clean the foam and felt filters, remove the dust cup and pull out the two filters that are on the top of the motor base. Rinse the filters with lukewarm water until the water is running clear. Let the filters dry fully before putting them back into the vacuum. If your vacuum is still not picking up dirt, you may need to replace it.
Unfortunately, if none of the other solutions worked, your motor is going bad. Most of the time a new motor costs as much as the vacuum itself and it is not easy to replace the motor. It may be time for a new vacuum.

Hoover U5468-900 WindTunnel Supreme suction is suddenly poor

The other possibility is there is a blockage in the foot. these models have dual channel air flow (windtunnel) and become blocked when not cleaned depending on use. under the roller there is a cavity that can be removed for cleaning. a hot motor can be caused by poor air flow.

Loud whistling noise from back of vacuum

On the back side of most kenmore vacuums, there is an air relief diaphragm that, when the motor is sucking but there is no air flow, will pop, causing the sound you heard. check your hose for blockage, check your bag and or filter for blockage, even your attachments/wands can become lodged with debris. Often, after a few, the motor will get hot and the machine will shut down. This is a thermostat on the motor that protects it from overheating. I am quite sure that this will solve your kenmore woes, fine choice in vacuum, kenmore, tried and true. hope to have helped! Have a super, and hopefully sucking(ha ha) Sunday

I NEED TO CLEAN UPRIGHT HANDLE TUBE IT IS CLOGGED

Its a simple operation but it will take some time.  On the back of the Oreck just up from the motor you'll come to the first rubber ring which hides the push/pin locks of the main spine. There are two or three on the Oreck depending on the XL model - slide them down to reveal the pin locks and push them in wards to unlock the main spindle pipe. At the same time ensure that the bag clip at the bottom has been unclipped and the cord is also free, taken off the hooks at the back. The main pipe/spine at the back is the main dust channel so this is the first place to check for a clog and then upwards towards the handle/dust channel feeder - there is usually a small screw on the square part at the bottom which loosens the main handle from the body of the spine.

Filter doesn't look clean after rinsing

It could well be that your Dyson is blocked elsewhere. Check the pipes, especially the feeder channels and the air way inspection channels on the Dyson as well as the main dirt channel after the rolling brush bar. Also brush clean the shrouds on the inner cyclones as these get notoriously clogged.
If the filter is washable it wont come up white like new unless you try a stain detergent like a pre stain remover. It would have to be heavily diluted as water is really the only way of cleaning a Dyson filter, but it also has to be of the washable type; Dyson produce a few filters, but some are not washable. EBay usually have good cheap replacements available but I'd check the first points first of all before filter replacement.
