Starview superbox purchased 2 boxes on e-bay,followed instructions for installing however all the stations appear to be locked, put in a code (1570) and box wont go into the navigator, what can i do?

Did you get a piece of paper with it telling you how to download the files onto the usb stick. Then put it into the back of the box then scan the channels.You will also need the codes for your provider.

Press menu,while on installation press 1570,changes to nagravision,press ok,changes to the provider i.d.,scroll right to telewest 5a01.change codes using handset.

ps To put keys in manually do as follows.
Press menu button

Next make sure your cable provider is listed at top NTL or TELEWEST C&W ect

THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING KEYS FOR YOUR PROVIDER AS BOXES ARE NOT AUTO ROLLING:


If you got problems, then, if the box is genuine, try reflashing the box with the latest software, factory reset, scan..
If the box is a clone do the same as above but with clonesafe firmware.

first press menu then 1570 and another menu appears press nagravision and then you can put in the codes which are 54 01

unplug the box and when you plug it back in press menu and then key in 1570 and when the other menu comes up press nagravsion and then key in codes 00-- b0 b8 4f 04 e6 5f 87 80
01--a3 eb ec 07 d6 49 d2 eb

look down list to make sure EMU is set to ON . press ok.
code screen service provider tab should be 5A01.

00. go to the bottom of screen and change the codes saving each code entered.

go to the 00 tab and press right to 01. go to the code tab and change codes saving each code as entered.
