Washing machine w/ 110v plug in to 220v - LG Washing Machines

The controlboard in your washing machine is doubtless damaged.
Purchase and fit a new one, NOT from fleabay!

It would be easier to change the 220v to a 110v outlet

yes!you need to supply also the 220v the control running in 220v,110v only for the motor/s

If the AC unit is 110V then you must plug it into a regular 110V outlet. You cannot plug it into the 220V outlet. Either get a bigger 220V unit or use a 12 gauge extension cord to get it to a 110V outlet.

It should be fine but I'm not sure how it will work with the 220v. Be sure that the power there is 110v red to white and 110v black to white. If the power is not, it probably won't work. Good luck

hi first of all cheq the required power for clc 4000 is tis 110V AC or 220V AC, secondly verify the outle of power from wall plug may yor machine 220v and you are putting on 110V

if it has a small 3 prong plug then it's 110v for the washer but the dryer should be factory 220 volt however many were sold wired too! 110 volt! just look at the plug small plug 110v large 3 prong! 220v

The Fuse for these model is 110V - 250V, so definitely the machine will still light up for a moment then black out. So if you accidentally plugged it to 220V (if it is 110V) you have to change the whole PCB. Electric current are distributed by PCB which only handles 110V.

I suggest when you change the PCB try to change also the Fuse to 110V only so that next time if by accident it was plugged to 220V you just have to change the Fuse not the PCB.
