DON'T!

Never plug a 110 volt anything into a 220 volt supply and never plug a 220 volt anything into a 110 volt supply. They are just not designed to do so. Their electronic's power supply and their motors are specifically for the specific voltages. Changing the plug at the end does absolutely nothing.
I just hope I have got to you in time!!!

How to use it if we have 220V outlet?

If the AC unit is 110V then you must plug it into a regular 110V outlet. You cannot plug it into the 220V outlet. Either get a bigger 220V unit or use a 12 gauge extension cord to get it to a 110V outlet.

Sir, I would like to ask if this samsung washing machine model Diamond Drum WA80V3 220V - 50Hz - 330W can be use in Cebu City, Philippines where the electricity power cycle running is 60Hz?

It should be fine but I'm not sure how it will work with the 220v. Be sure that the power there is 110v red to white and 110v black to white. If the power is not, it probably won't work. Good luck

WA71N2 plugged to 220V should be 110V

The Fuse for these model is 110V - 250V, so definitely the machine will still light up for a moment then black out. So if you accidentally plugged it to 220V (if it is 110V) you have to change the whole PCB. Electric current are distributed by PCB which only handles 110V.

I suggest when you change the PCB try to change also the Fuse to 110V only so that next time if by accident it was plugged to 220V you just have to change the Fuse not the PCB.
