I had Printmaster 10 installed on my computer, but recently had to reload, I saved my invoice files to a disc, but they will not open up unless I reinstall Printmaster 10. I have Windows XP, and the disc will not install on my computer to open them up. I previously had XP, and it did install. I don't know if this version that was reinstalled is a different one or not. What can I do to reinstall it or is there an updated Printmaster program that I can install which will also open the Printmaster 10 files?

The program should give you a choice of Typical Install, Full Install, and Minimum Install. Choose Full Install, however she may still need some of her discs for some of the art since the program may not load all the art anyway.

this is more than likely an issue witht the disc that the file is located on. I would contact the manufacturer and see if there is any way to get a replacement disc.

Error 1305 means that the computer is not reading the disk. Most likely you have a dirty, or scratched disk. It could be that another program or process is keeping the disc
1. First make sure that the old program is completely uninstalled.
2. Restart your computer. Keep all other programs closed.
3. Clean the disc with a lint free cloth.
4. If this doesn't work, wash the disk with warm water, and allow to dry thoroughly, another suggestion would be to purchase a CD cleaning kit.
5. See if the disc works in another computer or drive. The problem could be your CD-ROM drive. Older drives cannot read dirty or scratched discs as well.
If the above steps do not work, it is likely you will have to replace the disc.

Download and install Windows cleanup utility ...click here .Once saved ...right click msicuu2
and select run as administrator ..install it ..launch the application and search for printmaster platinum 18 ,and click remove ..restart your pc and reinstall printmaster.
