My HP PSC 750 all-in-one Inkjet Printer won't scan. The window on the printer/scanner/copie says, "please select destination using "scan to"." I don't remember doing this before. I don't scan often, but I...

caroljust,
The 'scan to' is a message that the scanner is saying ' I do not know where to scan this document to, that is, what program. I suggest you turn it off and turn it on again and it may reset to the default setting, otherwise you have to go into some softwear that came with that psc 750 and work with the softwear and ask it to scan from taht hp softwear from the computer. Hp psc 750 won't print in black

ok, need a bit more info but when you select to print document, in the print options screen that comes up make sure your printer is selected in the top left hand corner, select preferences, then select color, click on advanced color settings and make sure all the colors are set to zero on the left hand side, to adjust the figures to zero use the sliders in the center, then select ok, tick the box besides print in greyscale and select ok, this should print your document in black ok, hope this helps, get back to me if still having trouble, cheers, Brett.

Hp psc 750 printer with Vista system

The printer/scanner/copier will work with Windows Vista stated on:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00808543&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=57769&lang=en

You don't need the drivers, only for Windows 98SE to Windows XP, Mac OS 9 to Mac OS X, and Linux. Vista is 100% compatible with the HP PSC 750. Windows XP, same thing as Vista, but XP still needs the drivers to work, or not. Source: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00814685&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=57769&lang=en displays which type of printers are 100% supported for Windows Vista & higher.
