I have a Dishlex Global 300 and sometimes the detergent was not empying out when i did a wash cycle (seems that the top rack would prevent the door of the detergent holder to open fully) I just purchased the tablets for the first time and 90% of it is still there after a full normal cycle...what could be wrong

It could be your water preasure or the water is hard,,,but like with most dish washers the tablets dont desolve all the way,,,you need more of a liquid soap type of a cleaner

Assuming the detergent dispenser door does open, it is likely the water is not reaching the top arms. Put a cup in normal position on the top rack and see if there is any water in it at the end of the cycle.
Likely causes are blocked arms or water distributor or the wash impeller is not working in the pump. The dishwasher uses the same pump motor for wash and drain cycles. You can check this by hearing if the water is getting swashed around when the wash cycle is on.
Check the impeller and water feed as shown in this diagram.

i think it means the water heater in the dishwasher is not working,or the element is shot.
my 300 had a burning smell before the light started flashing.
This may be a problem with the powder that you are using. It may also be a problem with the temperature of the water that is coming into your machine (not hot enough).
Thomo, make sure the sprayer holes in the spray arms are clean. Grains of rice seem to be a dishwashers biggest enemy as they don't desolve and eventually end up lodged in the spray holes. The holes at the end of the spray arms are the ones responsible for the washing out of the soap powder from the dispenser, if they are blocked this does not happen.
