you can install new internet browser like Mozilla Firefox. Google chrome. exetra it is free of cost and gives more speed comparing with internet explorer .go to www.mozillafirefox.com to get mozillafirefox browser and www.google.com to get google chrome
Go to your Internet Explorer tools >internet options>Security Click on Internet > Custom level >Under Download Enable File Download option Try to download the file again.
i need more details on the matter , if you can tell how are you accessing the email,from outlook or your internet explorer.
but you can try resetting the internet settings in your explorer. (internet exporer 7or 8) go to tools then internet option and go to advanced tab and click on reset button and restore advance setting button and apply settings.
(internet explorer6 or below) go to tools then select internet option then programs tab and click on reset button then go to advance tab and click on reset defaults and finally apply settings.
theres no problem with your account in facebook. your browser which is internet explorer is probably broken. try to remove and download then install a new internet exporer, you can do this by updating your windows. or you could just download mozilla firefox and access your facebook on it.
"Obtain ip address automatically" indicates that it will use DHCP. DHCP will also provide the Internet Gateway address, which is required to access anything outside your local subnet (like the internet). You can set your IP address manually, but you also have to enter the Internet Gateway and DNS server addresses ( and you have to know what those addresses should be for your pc ).
