I have a verifone vx 510, is there a way to add a tip line to the receipt so the customer can see it when they sign?

the terminal requires a dedicated analog phone line. it will allow you to use the phone while you are not using the terminal. if you are in the process of running a transaction and the phone rings or someone picks up the line you can get communication errors and will have to try to reconnect the communication so the sale can be processed.
it does work though but it causes some issues at times

You need to contact your credit card processer. If it was easy to do so on your own it would breach the security built into the software.

Ask your CC processor to download your specific program with those additions. I doubt they will add a LOGO, but maybe addl text.
