I set the time on my Panasonic CQ-C5301U CD Player
2 years ago... now it is an hour fast and I completely forget how to set the time on it! how do you set the time?

First of all, go to service.us.panasonic.com/operman to get the manual for your unit.
With the unit turned on and the clock displayed, pres disp for more than two seconds. The hours will blink... press < or > to adjust hour. Press disp again, the minutes will blink... press < or > to adjust minutes. Lastly, press disp to store the correct time. Good Luck!!!

Double check your settings on your radio. Mostly your Fade levels. If that is not the cause you may a chip going out in the head unit. The chip is fairly simple to purchase, remove and replace depending on your soldering skills. Let me know if the fade levels correct it. If it doesn't then I will help you find the replacement chip to order and replace.
can you check and see if plugged in or if power is getting to cd changer first, if so then check for jammed cds, in no jammed cd then reset system. should see some kind of reset on changer or radio and start over
