Condensation can form inside the camera if you take the camera from one environment to another where there is an extreme temperature change.
Simply wait until the condensation disappears. The warning is to protect tape and camera.

The royal star I just got has a milky look to it, the cyclebarn mech. said that it was just condisation(sp) and to run it about 500 miles and change the oil, and filter!!!!

The better thing would be to change the oil and filter now. Why wait to lessen the problem. Yes, it is water that is turning the oil a milky color. The real question is whether the water is just condensation or is it a water leak at the internal water pump. I'll bet this is the first time you ever prayed for condensation. Best wishes. Please Wait Condensation, Operation Paused

This is often referred to as DEW and is a sensor inside the camera that detects moisture. You can hasten the removal most times by warming the camera with a hairdryer on medium setting and not too close to the plastic case. When you store the camera store it with a few of those little bags of silicone crystals that come in many packages that we just throw away.

PC keyboard is requiring 5 second pause between double strokes

Seems a driver issue to me.
İf you are using windows operation system than go "my computer" rigt click>properties>Hardware tab.
Click on the "device manager" find the "Keyboards" click on this and you will see the installed keyboard. Uninstall it and reboot the computer. Windows will be register it again with fresh drivers when your operation system is loaded during restart.

PS. If you keyboard has USB connection, plug it off before shut down and plug it on after your system is fully loaded. Wait for the informative pop up messages sayin " new hardware found" etc. You can use it after "your hardware installed and ready for use" message displayed.

Condensation operation

I found instructions with pictures on fixing this problem online at
http://www.freewebs.com/ltooz/03jvcgrd70u.htm
The process involves taking the camera apart.
Other forums I have looked at have mentioned waiting the error out or allowing the camera to air out.

Maytag MAH5500B FL Washer

Washer Stops

• Plug cord into live electrical outlet.
• Check fuse or reset circuit breaker.
• Close door and push the start/pause pad to start the clothes washer. For your safety,
washer will not tumble or spin unless door is closed.
• This may be a pause or soak period in the cycle. Wait briefly and it may start.
Check screens on inlet hoses at the faucets for obstructions. Clean screens periodically.
If the sreens are colged or even a little sirty it will stop the washer!

Won't fill
• Be sure the door is tightly closed.
• Plug cord into a live electrical outlet. (Tub light should illuminate).
• Check fuse or reset circuit breaker.
• Press the start/pause pad.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Turn both faucets on fully.
• Straighten inlet hoses.
• Disconnect hoses and clean screens. Hose filter screens may be plugged.

Please wait -Condensation operation Paused

If the camera becomes damp or cold and brought into a warm atmosphere damp forms in the mechanism which would cause the tape to stick and become damaged or fouled.

leave the camera to warm up for a few hours and the fault should clear.

If not the most common reason is the dew sensor has failed and needs replacing

Condensation

This is a bad or dirty dew sensor, a common problem with this model. It's not a user correctable problem. Your local camcorder repair shop should take care of it ( under $100 ).
