I don`t think your gas line froze last week. I haven`t seen a frozen gas line in my 20 years in T.O.
Have your car checked for your cruise control and ets.
The freezing point of pure gasoline depends on the difference in hydrocarbons. There are heavy and light hydrocarbons like paraffins and aromatics, respectively. Pure unleaded freezes around -150F and varies with addition of solutes such as water. Of course, if there is any water mixed in with the fuel, it can still freeze at around 32F, but that may depend on if there are any alcohols mixed with the sample. Methyl alcohol is a common additive you can buy to help keep water in your gas tank from freezing at low temperatures.
