Hello Chris,
Did you try going into "discoverable" mode in the headset?
Please follow these steps and this should help you pair it with the iPhone.
1. Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth 4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned On 5. Ensure the headset is turned Off 6. Press and hold the Answer button until you have a solid blue LED 7. Touch the headset in the list (on iPhone) 8. The passkey is 0000 (4 zeros) 9. Enter the PIN 10. Tap Done
If that's not the problem, then let me know. I'll be glad to help you out.

Please rate this solution if it helps you.

My Bluetooth and speaker connect but it wont stay on after one or two songs it keeps shuting down kicking my Bluetooth off on my phone

Teri,
I can't explain why this might work
but try this.

Disconnect the speaker from the phone's blue tooth by unpairing it

then reconnect the speaker by pairing it to the phone again for a fresh reconnection via blue tooth..

Had this issue with a Jabra blue tooth speaker on my wife's mobile phone was doing the exact same symptoms !
It was very very annoying but doing the pairing again fixed it .

Hasn't cut out since pairing it again !

I need to pair my bt2050 up to a new phone,it was originally paired wit another phone that i do not use anymore,im using a nokia x3 now and when im trying to find and pair up it says there is no device...

Hi Barbara,

Please follow the below steps, i hope your problem is resolved :-

  1. Make sure that your phone's blue tooth is out of hidden mode and , it now shows up as shown to all, in the connectivity settings.
  2. Make sure that you delete the pairing from the other phone , via it's blue tooth settings, if you are not using the phone and it's switched off , then you don't have to worry about it.
  3. Switch off the bluetooth and restart it , so that it's ready to accept new connections.
  4. Now go in your blue tooth option and search for a new paired device , it should reflect your Jabra blue tooth.
  5. If the above method does not work , sadly your phone does not support the Jabra blue tooth.
  6. You should also try connecting this blue tooth to someone else's nokia phone to check compatibility , if it's compatible with the other models, that means X3 is an exception to this compatibility.
Hope this helps.

Cant get it to woork blue light just blinks

you have to put ur bt device into pairing mode in order to pair it to a cell phone usually when u turn your bt device on you continue to hold the power button for 6 to 10 seconds and when you have a solid light you are in pairing mode then your cell will pair to your device,it will ask for a pin or pairing code, most blue tooth manufactures use a 4 digit code.the codes to most blue tooth devices are as follows 0000,1234,9999,or 1111.i hope this helps

I purchased a new Iphone and my Jabra will not pair. I removed the Jabrsa connection from my old iphone and the Jabra still will not connect. How to reset Jabra and pair new phone?

Hi,
To remove the list, press and hold the Answer/End button, Volume up button and FM button at the same time. A beep indicates the list was removed from the speakerphone memory. The next time you power on, the speakerphone will go into pairing mode as the first time you powered your new Jabra CRUISER on.
Thank You

I cant pair my jabra bt125 with my nokia n97

This is one of the mistake commonly done by many people. First you need to pair. Let me walk you through. First, the headset has to be switched to pairing mode which is done by holding the on button for a while even after the headset is switched on. Then the bluetooth headset light will remain on. You switch on the phone bluetooth, search new device. Then select it and press the option for pairing. Read the instructions which come on the phone display and select accordingly. It will ask for passcode which is usually four zeros. Then it will get paired ask you whether to connect. You select connect and you are done.

Need to re-pair bluetooth to phone

Go to ur phones bluetooth settings - activate pair new device - at the same time press and hold the on button on your blue tooth head set for about 10-15 seconds - this will enter the device into pair mode - on your phone - click on pair with new device etc etc, the default access code is either 0000 or 1234
