This could be caused by a mis-wired zone on the control panel. If there are any unused zones on the panel, and/or if the bell circuit is unused, a resistor ( info in installation guide ) must be used across the terminals or you will get an open circuit message. If you can't see it straight away, have your local alarm company check your system and they can find this fault for you quite easily.

Honeywell vista 20p FC error code no monitor service beeping every 30 sec. need help how to stop beeping

If the keypad displays FC, that means that it is programmed to send alarms to a central station and a phone line isn't connected to the control panel. If you do not subscribe to monitoring services, it will have to be re-programmed. I can do that for you over the telephone if needed.

This could be caused by a mis-wired zone on the control panel. If there are any unused hardwire zones on the panel, and/or if the bell circuit is unused, a resistor ( info in installation guide ) must be used across the terminals or you will get an open circuit message. If you can't see it straight away, have your local alarm company check your system and they can find this fault for you quite easily.

Alarm trouble

OC means a wiring problem between the keypad and the alarm. Take the keypad and hook it up in the alarm cabinet and see if it works there.
