SOURCE: Fuser
You will only need the fuser unit. It is a little complicated but here it is. You need to remove all the covers, the several screws and a bracket. Here are some good directions.

From the site of your Picture, you need a new fuser unit.
The coasting is peeling off... that is not good. And I will bet you get allot of paper jams.
To replace the fusing unit is not hard to do. For the most part taking the covers off the machine and getting them back on is the hard part... Let the fuser unit cool down before you touch it..
Just remember to unplug the machine, Electronic Static Discharge is not good for the Boards in it, touch the metal chassis before you touch the boards if you don’t have a wrist strap) get your self a table and some room to work and take your time.
Take the toner cartridges out
I would do a maintenance kit while I had it apart. (rollers, transfer rollers etc)
Vacuum it out; clean it while you have it open.
(Warning toner and developer is very fine, you might need a vacuum with a micro filter on it, other wise it might go every where)
The service Manual has details on how to do all this. If you follow that you should be ok.
You could try to get all the parts to Fix the fuser unit, but it is easier and faster, cheaper to replace the whole thing. Some places offer a core exchange.
If you need any assistance let me know...
