The fuse keeps opening because the problem is more serious. If it did not blow, then more damage could be incurred in the TV. Sounds like you should consult a professional rather than not really knowing what you should be doing next.

means you have a part that is dead shorted after the line fuse, usually a bridge diode, regulator IC or possibly the Horizontal output transistor. Not really something a non tech will be able to find, a volt Ohm meter is required as well as soldering equipment.
Tv keeps blowing fuses
it is due to short ckt in your tv in

You may have a surge protector called a thyristor that is shorted right on the main a/c line. Or the main power supply has a major nasty short as the bridge rectifier the filter cap or the degusing coil.
