Nintendo DS Lite Logo
Posted on Feb 16, 2011

When I put in my Action Replay DS and turn on my Nintendo DS Lite, the starting screen for the DS shows up, and then it just goes white instead of going to the AR menu. I tried pressing A+B and then Start+Select, but that never worked. I tried using my other DS lite, and that didn't work either. I really don't want to spend money, is there any other way?

My problem is that I put my Action Replay in my Nintendo DS Lite (without any games in the AR), it shows the nintendo DS health + saftey screen, and it automatically jumps to the startup screen (like it...

Action Replays are not very reliable, they also have no nintendo license. try charging your DS to a full. then put the AR cartrage into the console. use the datalink cable that came with the product to sync data to the AR console from the computer.
before pluging in the ds, you want to install the included disket. (small CD) to the computer you want to work with.
it may be that the AR is defective, or somehow the software was dameged.
also, if you are planning to get one, the AR does not function with the Nintendo DSi

Problems with Action Replay DS

First reset your Action Replay by Holding the A+B+SELECT+START buttons when you start up the Action Replay (and pass the Warning Screen for the DS), the white screen will remain there for a while longer than normal

When the menu screen shows up, let go of the buttons

Now connect your DS to your computer, you should now be able to add codes to your DS
