HiRemove the dredge drawer. Open the door. On the left side of the brewing unit, and towards the back of the brew group, there is a single screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle and pull carefully, but firmly with a quick ****. The brew group should come out. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide the piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position. If your brew group did not come out please give us a call.To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not, locate the slide on the left side of the brew unit,( it should be hanging down, a flat rectangular piece attached to the cylinder) and push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and remove the tray, now insert the brew group and replace the tray. Done

SOURCE: Saeco S-class Incanto Sirius brew unit stuck

Try running the clean cycle again, that sometimes will help the machine to reset.

SOURCE: My brew unit is stuck,

Try this.

You can enter a sort of diagnostic menu by pressing I believe the bypass doser and the medium coffee button together while you turn the machine on.

I forget which now, but one of the buttons will spin the brew unit one way, and another button will spin the brew unit the other way. The third button will activate the doser which makes a very LOUD clack noise.

You should be able to "wind" the brew unit manually this way in order to release it.

Good Luck.

SOURCE: machine is stuck in rinse cycle and brewunit

Take the brew unit out again, and try to twist the rotational mechanism so that the little arrows in the front of the axis align. This should allow you to insert the unit.
On insertion, you might also need to push the little handle on the front of the brew unit to allow the coffee trough to fit.

SOURCE: jammed brewing unit

Remove the brew unit and check the screen under the red o-ring, find the 2 screws above the top piston and make sure the chamber that leads out to the tube is clear.

The brew group pops off after a cycle. the lever on the bottom gets stuck and doesn't move across to produce the "puck"

a.) Group get of is place when it is not clear and and there is big pressure.
b.) Behind the group there is a switch that stops group motor when group reach the end. When that switch (micro switch) is not working correct the motor doesn't stop at the end and the pressure pulls it out.

New fatory reconditioned youbrew. Water doe not flow when brewing cycle is iniated.

If you do not hear it boiling the water, then the heater element is not working. The only other thing that can stop the flow (if the heater element is working) is the cutoff for when the lid is open, but if you assembled it correctly, and the lid is closed, that shouldn't be a problem. Just be aware it won't work correctly unless closed. No boiling sound = return it.

No coffee, water going to the drip tray

OK, so this is a problem with your brew unit. The unit is not cycling correctly to tell the water to come through.

We had another problem like this just this week.

The wat we fixed it was 1) Give the Brew Unit a really good clean. 2)Make sure the Brew Unit can complete a cycle - manually rotate the brew unit components through a cycle 3) Lubricate the Brew Units moving parts if necessary using some Saeco or Other Food Grade Lubricant

Then try watch a complete coffee cycle by leaving the side door of your machine open, and tricking the micro switches into thinking the door is closed by engaging them with some card or something similar.

Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
