first of try inserting a different memory card on your mobile and isolate where the issue is...

if you find that the issue is with the card then try formatting it in computer and format it in a mobile and use it...

if the formatting process doesnt completes successfully then buy a new card for your mobile..

what you choose as your phone lock password is also privacy lock.
