Hi, With ref to my complaint No: 8430134495; I have lost my Samsung mobile B3410 logged a police complaint and tried tracking/ block the mobile usage then come to know the IMEI no provided to this mobile is faulty. Purchased through kings mobile vellore (bills attached for verification) In international numbering plans come to know that IMEI no belongs to Nokia E71. Contacted seller and checked another Samsung B3410 IMEI no in the international numbering plans it correctly shows the model no & make and accepted it is the manufacturer defect and asked to contact service centre. Then went to Vellore Samsung service centre (near to collector office) but there is no proper response and need to complaint for his behavior to the customer. first lodge a police complaint about the lost phone. This is very important as ..if the phone is misused....u have a legal explanation.To lodge a police complaint it is important that u have the IMEI NO. or bill or the box.If u do not have any of theese still do not worry...u Know the Mobile no.....police can trace out the IMEI from your service provider against your phone no.
If your number is in use then contact your service provider with the police report and try to trace out the phone numbers witch were called after u lost your phone... and submit this detail to the police...this will make it easier to track down your phone.
If user had changed your sim then he police tracks him down using ur phone IMEI number.
If non of these work out then stop you sim and contect the taxi stand from where u took the taxi.
If non of these is possible....the only solution is ...PRAY TO GOD

Ifyour mobile phoneis lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEInumber. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shareddatabase. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any networkand will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone's SIM cardis changed!

hi. first lodge police complaint, then submit that copy at mobile center to block that number for the being and also issuing of new SIM with same number with out error. But make sure of this same number if there were no calls exchanged with that SIM once after losing it. with police file, you can track that SIM user if is under use, so that you can collect your other articles without error if possible. and also submit copy of police complaint for blocking debit card usage also. Hi. If you still have the box or receipt that shows the IMEI number of your phone, you may go to your national tele-communications office and file a request to block your cellphone on every mobile network in your country. Whoever stole your phone will not be able to use the phone.

If you ahve the IMEI code of your phone and the proof of your purchase then you can lodge a complaint to the nearest police station so that the matter is reffered to a cyber cell. They may be able to trace if anyone is using your phone as the IMEI number can be traced. But then you will have to go through all the proceedings and maybe waste some time to go after such procedures. So do accordingly accordingg to your need. Good day

along with the IMEI number please register a complaint to police that i had lost my phone..before doing this,contact the customer care of the mobile operator and tell them to block the usage of the sim..u can call from an alternate number..

hi first of all u should make a complaint to sony service center that ur mobile has got lost..If u dont find any reply from sony then u should make a complaint in cyber crime.. They will ask u for IMEI no. and u should provide them... But mostly u cant get that mobile but u can lock that mobile phone so that the device cannot be used by anyone..
