SMTP2Go provides an SMTP server that authenticates senders based on their 'from' email address, meaning that it works with fax machines that are unable to send an SMTP username or password. Two examples of SMTP setup procedures for popular Sharp fax machines are below: Sharp UX-B800SE and UX-D1200SE Broadband Fax SMTP setupIn the 'Network Settings' area, enter smtp2go.com as the SMTP server, and UNCHECK the box 'POP before SMTP'. Try entering either port 2525, 25, or 587 as the outgoing SMTP port. Then, make sure you are sending 'from' an email address that is registered with SMTP2Go. See a sample screenshot from the UX-B800SE fax below (click on it to enlarge): Please note that Gmail's SMTP server doesn't work, as it not only requires a username/password, but it also requires that SSL/TLS is used. Hi there you need check your phone line to see if it is properly connected,you can also try another cable if none solve the problem you should call your phone service provider to fix your phone line.
I had the same "Full Memory" problem & called Sharp. You need to unplug the fax, then hold (press down) on both the "Start/Memory" & the "Stop" buttons at the same time. While holding them down, plug the fax back in. After it's plugged in, you may need to press the start button again. That should clear it.
