1. you have to chosen recovery pattern if you set up before
2. and you have to go to the local store who repair the phone then can help you to remove the pattern by updating your softwere

Me too shoot I cant remember the correct passcode for my email cause I never did use email and its been over 7 months since I set that up mom locked up phone tryin to many patterns
