It appears you have one or more bad memory chip. If you have more than one try removing one at a time to see which is bad.

could be a defective Ram memory. or some bigger problem with the motherboard

increase ur virtual memory then for high resolution game u should install a graphics card , nvidia graphics card is the good quality card . After doing that plz check

You have a faulty RAM stick replace the memory and this should fix your issue.

Could be a mainboard failure but I doubt it.
