Aspire 3610 Bios Password???

Acer laptops are equipped with a BIOS utility. The BIOS (which stands for "Basic Input Output System") acts as an interface between the hardware and software installed on the computer. On some computers, a BIOS password may be required in order to boot the computer and make changes to the BIOS settings. Reboot your computer by clicking "Start," "Shutdown," and then "Restart." If the Microsoft Windows operating system has even started to load, you will not be able to access your BIOS. This is why getting into the BIOS on an Acer Aspire netbook computer must be done specifically during your computer's initial boot-up sequence, which happens immediately after pressing the power button on the device.


Turn on your Acer Aspire. Press and hold the "Ctrl" key. Press and hold the "Alt" key. Press and hold the "Esc" key. This key combination will open the BIOS on your Acer Aspire.

I know some methods to reset bios password.

1. The best and easiest method: Close OS and shut down the electricity power of computer. Open your computer box, take out the cmos battery from the mainboard. Then the bios password will be reset to blank. Put it back after a few minutes.

You didn't mention what BIOS you have..(re: pheonix or ami or Award) so you can try "BIOS" or "CMOS" or "ACER" or "PASSWORD" or you can remove the CMOS batttery for a few minutes

get your bios flashed.

By default Acer wont enter any BIOS password however, if you have forgot BIOS password then you have to reset CMOS jumper setting. Please follow the below steps: Open the Laptop back panel. Locate the CMOS battrey, remove it & then with the help of a screw driver keep on pressing the terminal inside it and turn ON the computer for 10 secs and Turn Off (make sure you keep on pressing the terminal with a screwdriver while turning ON). It will short the BIOS setting. Now, fix the CMOS battrey & restart the computer. This will take care of the issue.

enter wrong password 3 time if u get a code send me that code ill send u master password if i could not help dont angry let me know ill find another way.. Thanks
